Villa Ivna is located at the very tip of Cape Balic (Balica Rat), about 5km south from the city of Omis, between the small fishermen’s villages of Stanici and Nemira. The villa stands about 30m (100 ft) from the water and offers unforgettable views of the Adriatic sea.
